Marina Resort

Reception staff was rude upon our arrival, we were really happy to be there and greeted them with a smile however we didn’t receive no hello or anything. Room keys were just given to us but no indication on how to find the room? Had to ask where the room is located and wad just told „take the lift to second floor“ ? We come in the room it looked quite tidy, nice sea view (can’t complain about that) but then had to use the bathroom…… where do I even start. Used towels hanging? Already more than half used toilet paper roll? And also covered in dust? Hair all over the bathtub? That was quite disgusting. I will attach pictures. Going out and back in and you just get a super rude look from the reception ladies? Honestly if you have a bad day and bring it out on your customers you shouldn’t be working in customer service. Definitely won’t be booking with them again as it was overall not a nice experience.

They have such lovely welcoming staff, along with Cooper. There had been an issue with the aircon in the room, but the staff handled really well by bring in someone to fix it the next day. Overall, had an amazing stay, enjoyed the marina view from the room and the buffet breakfast (but would recommend that they had fresh fruit as an option). The resort is only a 5 minute walk to the shops and the bay. Would come back again.

We loved staying here. Rooms are super spacious and clean. Older building and decor. Balconies and fabulous views. We stayed in the one bedroom suite. Could do with a ceiling fan in bedroom part as gets hot Bathroom spacious with high pressure shower. Wine glasses would be nice supplied in the room. These rooms don’t have safes and the front door to building was always open lift to all floors. Location is fabulous a short walk to shop’s restaurant and Marina. The walk back is a little bit up hill which we loved after a big meal. Ample parking not covered. We can’t wait to go back
